Regenerate Fitness and Rehabilitation was opened in 2004 with the aim of providing a local alternative to large commercial gyms. The centre is owned and operated by Physiotherapists and the gym floor staffed by tertiary trained Exercise Physiologists so you can be sure that you will receive the safest and most effective workout possible.
We specialise in rehabilitation programs but welcome everyone.
The centre is fully air conditioned and never gets excessively busy. The gym floor is supervised so you have always got someone to ask questions of.
All memberships include exercise assessments and workout programs done for you. There are no joining fees or hidden costs.
